    Q: What is the fastest way to order, and how can I pay for my order?

    Q: What if you can't find any information regarding the telephone number I submit?
    A: In the event that no verifiable information is returned, we will gladly issue you a full refund for 100% of the purchase price.

    Q: Are your searches confidential?
    A: Absolutely. All searches are completely confidential. We will never make our clients' information available to a third party.

    Q: If I order a phone number search, will the owner of that number know that I am trying to find his/her information?
    A: No. We do not contact the owners of phone numbers searched. The owner has no way of knowing about the search or who ordered it. The same holds true for any type of search we provide -- no one will know about your search but you and Phone Search Central.

    Q: Are the results of my search guaranteed?
    A: Yes. The results of your search are guaranteed to be correct at the time your search is completed. In the unlikely event that we cannot provide the information you requested, your payment will be refunded in full. If you made your payment by credit card, your card will be credited appropriately. Other forms of payment will be refunded by check and delivered by regular mail. We will need your full name and mailing address for check delivery.

    Q: Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?
    A: Orders placed online are processed immediately. It is therefore impossible to cancel an online order once submitted, or to make any changes. You may need to place a new order with the right information. We will do our best to accomodate erroneous submissions, but all cancellations are subject to the full price of the search.

    Q: How will I receive the results of my search?
    A: You will receive the results of your search by email or fax. On our search order form you can select how the results will be delivered to you.

    Q: How soon will I receive the results?
    A: Virtually all searches are completed and results delivered within 1 business day after receipt of your order and payment. We cannot provide "instant results" because your order must be researched and verified before it is sent back to you. However, it is not guaranteed and should not be assumed that every one search will be completed within this time frame. If you do not receive your results in one business day, please check your spam and bulk mail folders if you have not added Phone Search Central (sales@phonesearchcentral) to your contact list. In exceptional cases, certain orders may take up to five business days to complete, but this is rare. Should we be unable to complete your search within five business days of receipt of your order and payment, we will refund your payment in full. The processing of all orders is as expedient as possible. Inquiring about the status of your order will not result in faster processing.

    Q: The information Phone Search Central gave me is incomplete. Why did you only provide the person's name?
    A: Prepaid telephone numbers sometimes don't have full user information associations. Please visit our page regarding prepaid numbers for more information on situations like this.

    Q: The information Phone Search Central gave me is outdated. I know this person has moved! Why didn't you give me the new address?
    A: The information we provide is always current. If a subscriber doesn't update their information regularly, we can only provide the most recent information regarding their number. Most people immediately update their billing address when it changes, in order to receive thier bills, so this is a very infrequent problem.

    Q: Can you search *any* telephone number, or are there some exceptions?
    A: We will search any telephone number you provide to us, and we have an extremeley high success rate, but in some rare circumstances no information can be returned. Examples of such situations usually arise with pre-paid telephone numbers or calling card numbers. In the event no information is found you will be issued a full and complete refund.

    Q: Can I dispute the results provided to me?
    A: If you can show the results provided to you to be incorrect, or if you are unhappy with any other aspect of the service you ordered, you may write to us at sales@phonesearchcentral.com By not writing to us within 7 days (One Week) of the date on which we received your order and payment for the service in concern, you are irrevocably waiving your right to dispute the service. No dispute or appeal will be considered and no refund issued after the 7 day period.

    Q: Are bulk discounts available?

    Q: Can you trace Canadian as well as American based telephone numbers?
    A: Yes, we sure can!

    Q: Is it secure to make online credit card payments on your site?
    A: Yes. For credit card payments and verification, we employ the services of paypal.com. Your credit card information will be transmitted via a secure server useing the latest encryption available.
