    RESULTS

    If you have ordered our "Telephone Number Reverse" search, you will receive the name and address of the subscriber of the telephone number. Results are sent via email to the email address you used to place the order.

    No additional information will be given. If you need any extra information, please email us to discuss your needs and the additional fees associated with obtaining the information you desire.

    TURN AROUND TIME

    We strive to complete all research within 24-48 business hours. "Business Hours" are defined as weekdays, Monday through Friday. This means if you place an order on Friday afternoon, your results are scheduled to be returned to you on or around Tuesday afternoon.

    This is the standard we try to maintain for all orders. However, some searches require additional time, effort, or resources which make a 48 hour return impossible. If your search results have not been returned to you within the 48 hour time frame, this means we are still working on your request.

    Very few searches may take up to 7 business days to complete. All searches are manually performed by a private investigator. When the investigator assigned to your case encounters difficulty in completing your request, we like to remind you that accurate results are our very first priority! This means that although we do our best to get your case completed quickly, we will not compromise accuracy for timeliness.

    REFUNDS

    Some numbers are not possible to reverse, and if this is the case with your request, you will be offered two choices: 1. Your payment refunded in full, or 2. your payment applied to another number you would like researched. When we determine that your search is a "no-hit," we will immediately email you asking you to make this decision.

    In order to save you the hassle of placing another order, we do not issue refunds without your acknowledgement.

    Once you request your refund, it may take up to 24 business hours to have your refund initiated. If you paid with Paypal, your funds will then be instantly available to you. If your payment was made with a credit or debit card, the timeframe in which your funds are available to you is dependent upon your bank or credit card company.

    We make several attempts to contact you once we determine that your search is unsuccessful. However, if you do not acknowledge these requests within 30 days, we are completely unable to refund your payment. Although we cannot refund your payment, we will always keep the credit on file so that you may have another search perfomed at anytime in the future for no additional cost.
